CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will have their appointment canceled and will be charged a fee. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If a valid payment method is not available at the time of the missed appointment/cancellation, an invoice will be sent and must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
